Last Week at the intersection of 18th St. and Santa Fe Ave. Chanute Police Department made contact with a person with an outstanding warrant.
32-year-old Timothy Fisher of Chanute was arrested and after a search, Fisher was also charged with alleged distribution of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The report was Neosho County Attorney’s Office for review and consideration of charges being filed.
