A change in the weather with cooler temperatures and chances of rain on the way couldn’t come at a better time for residents of Parsons.  The City pool will be closed temporarily.  The pool’s pump motor needs to be either repaired or replaced.

The Community Pool Party and Night Waves Pool Party will be postponed until a later date.  Officials say they hope to have the work done by next Monday and that they are working on ideas to extend the season or perhaps stay open later in the evening.
