A Burlington, Kansas man was killed in a motorcycle accident in Montgomery County Monday morning. Harvey E Eccles died at Mercy Hospital in Joplin where he had been transported to by life flight following the accident
The accident occurred at about m9:30 Monday morning on County Road 5600, a half mile southwest of County Road 2700. Deputies say the motorcycle left the right side of the road and entered a ditch. A passenger on the motorcycle Deanna Eccles, also of Burlington was uninjured in the accident.
