GOP Gubernatorial Candidate Derek Schmidt gets the nod from the 3rd major Kansas organization that either previously supported Governor Laura Kelly or maintained neutral in the 2018 general election for Governor.
The Kansas State Troopers’ Association Political Action Committee announced their support of the now Attorney General in his race for the Governorship. The endorsement comes after the organization stayed neutral in 2018.
KSTA PAC President Bryan Clark included the following statement: “Derek Schmidt has long been a strong supporter of law enforcement and he has advocated to make Kansas a safer place to live, work, and raise a family”.
