One person was shot and killed and 7 more were wounded, the Associated Press reports. Sunday a 26-year-old man opened fire at a Memorial Day event in Taft, OK. Taft is about 45 miles south of Tulsa. The OSBI said Skyler Buckner turned himself in later that afternoon. The victims ranged in age from 9 to 56. The woman that was killed was 39 years old.
