Cold Case Playing Cards in Kansas

 

A deck of playing cards including information about unsolved crimes in Kansas will soon be distributed to state prisons. The Kansas Department of Corrections along with other entities have developed the Cold Case Playing Cards as a way of generating tips that may help resolve cases of unsolved crimes.

 

Included in the deck of cards is a two of clubs that has information on Floyd Johnson, a homicide victim in Coffeyville. On April 12, 2009, Johnson was found dead of a gunshot wound in Coffeyville. A light-colored, small car driven by a white female and occupied by several black males was seen firing at Floyd.  Anyone with information on the unsolved homicide of Floyd Johnson should call the Coffeyville Police Department at (620)252-6160.
