State Representative Jim Kelly announced today that he will not seek re-election to another term in the State legislature. Kelly has been the 11th District State Representative for the past ten years and the 12th District Representative for two years before that.
In a statement released today, Kelly said it has been an incredible experience being a part of Montgomery County for the past 26 years and that he looks forward to remaining involved in volunteer efforts throughout Montgomery County in the future.
