The Independence Fire Department responds to a report of a car on fire.
Members of IFD's 3rd shift responded to the car fire at around 2:13am this morning in the 3000 block of North Pennsylvania Avenue. There were no occupants in or around the vehicle. The fire is being investigated by the Independence Police Department.
