An Indendepence man made his first appearance in court at the Montgomery County Courthouse this afternoon.
39-year-old Ryan Barnes was charged with attempted criminal damage to property and criminal trespass. According to reports, it was alleged that Barnes tried to trespass inside the Arby's in Independence.
His bond is set at $2,500 with the next court date set for Thursday, April 7th at 9:00am.
