A U.S. Representative has helped introduce legislation to suspend normal trade relations with Russia. Representative Ron Estes says the American marketplace is not something that is a right, but a privilege for those that uphold international order.

Representative Estes serves on the House Ways and Means Trade Subcommittee, where this legislation was developed with broad bipartisan support to further isolate Russia.
