Application requests for the USDA’s Self Help Housing Program in Coffeyville are coming in rapidly. The program has nearly $625,000 available to assist low-income families help build and own their own homes. Director of Housing for Coffeyville Charla Brown says once a family has completed the application they need to schedule an appointment.
