The Chautauqua County Commission took care of several items of business at its meeting Monday morning.

The commission granted a 10-year tax abatement to Sedan Floral. An abatement is a reduction or exemption on the level of taxes owed by an individual or property.

In other business, the commission approved the Fire District boards for 2022 with no changes made. Emergency Management Officer Cody Collier offered no input on any possible changes.

The commission meets once again next Monday, March 14th.
