A 23-year old man has pleaded no contest in the fatal shooting of a Coffeyville man.
Ethan Bellamy had been accused of shooting and killing 38-year-old Otis Horner at an east Coffeyville apartment complex in June 2020.
As a result of a plea agreement with the Montgomery County Attorney's Office, Bellamy entered the no-contest plea.
Bellamy was originally charged with first-degree murder, attempted aggravated robbery, criminal discharge of a firearm, and aggravated assault. Sentencing for Bellamy has been set for May 26th.
Bellamy faces 4½ to 20½ years in prison for voluntary manslaughter.
