A number of topics were covered during President Joe Biden's State of the Union address last night including the situation in Ukraine, COVID and the economy. Senator Roger Marshall says the state of the union the President described is not what Kansans are describing to him.

Senator Marshall says there were some positive takeaways from the address as the President mentioned securing the border and funding the police.  Before last night's address, Senator Marshall did introduce legislation that would ban the U.S. purchase of Russian oil. Marshall says the U.S. purchases nearly one million barrels a day from Russia.
