Coffeyville's Housing and Community Development Department is now officially open to the public.

The USDA Section 523 Mutual Self-Help Housing Grant has invested $624,960 in the city. Coffeyville is the only city in the State of Kansas to receive this grant, and the team in the Housing Department is ready to receive applications and begin finding the families for the first five homes. Applications are received by appointment only, and homes are awarded by USDA on a first-come, first-served basis.
