A tax credit could be coming for businesses or building owners who build apartments in the tops of historic downtown buildings. Representative Jim Kelly says a bill in the House would make it easier to get a historic tax credit.

Representative Kelly says anytime you look at something that brings new jobs to the area you have to look at where those people are going to live.
