The Chautauqua County commission re-approved its 2021 budget on Monday.

In a short budget meeting, the two commissioners in attendance chose to re-approve the budget that had been decided on late last year. The changes to the new budget reflect increased expenditures throughout the year, after the commission chose to pay off the jail sales tax fund early.

In other business, the commission moved to approve the sales tax receipt for ambulance funding, using money from the commissioner fund to do so.
