A man from Copan Oklahoma is in custody with multiple charges.
On October 14th, Caney PD was dispatched to Garden Walk Apartments located at 108 E. 4th Ave. Caney Ks. in reference to an intoxicated individual knocking on doors of apartments. The person was identified as, 61-year-old, Bradley Finney, At the time of his arrest Finney was released as there were no other reports that night. It was later reported to Caney PD, by two female residents of the apartments that Finney had sexually battered them on the night of October 14th.
Finney was interviewed and arrested with suggested charges of mistreatment of a dependent adult, kidnapping, aggravated sexual battery 2 counts, and aggravated burglary 2 counts.
