Parsons Police Officers were dispatched to a rollover crash in a residential area of town on Monday.

Two vehicles were involved in the collision, which occurred in the 200 block of North 29th. Both vehicles had significant damage done to them. One party was taken to Labette Health via ambulance to treat injuries sustained in the crash.

The serious nature of the accident has sparked an ongoing investigation into what caused the crash, with speed possibly being a primary factor. Speed surveys are currently being conducted in areas of town that see a significant number of accidents or speeding complaints.
