A Tennessee man has been charged with murder after a woman was shot to death in Pittsburg.

Just before 6:30 pm Saturday, a caller reported finding her apartment door open and found 18-year old Jase Delitch, of Pittsburg lying on the floor. Police and EMS responded and pronounced Delich dead at the scene.

After reviewing surveillance footage in the area and speaking with witnesses, they identified 23-year old Bri’yon Baker, of Mount Boswell, Tennessee as the suspect. Baker was located early Sunday after he was spotted by police in northeast Pittsburg. After questioning Baker, he was arrested for second-degree murder and is being held at the Crawford County Jail on a $1 million bond.
