There have been reports of counterfeit currency being circulated around Neodesha. The money looks and feels real, with the exception of having a red script on the front of it. The script is generally in Asian characters and sits to the left of the face on the front of the bills. This is called training money and it is used in foreign countries to train bank tellers on how to use and handle American currency.

By all accounts, this is a very good replica of real money. Attempting to use these bills is a felony. The Neodesha Police Department is advising anyone who comes in contact with this money or knows someone trying to pass this money as real to contact law enforcement immediately.
