Montgomery County Emergency Management and Montgomery County Sheriffs Office are hosting a seminar tomorrow. Sgt. Dave Walker who was featured on the A&E television show The First 48 will speak at the seminar. Walker is retired and has 36 years of experience leading the Tulsa Police Department's Homicide Team.

As a leader of the Homicide Unit, they were nationally recognized for solving 95% of their cases. The Seminar will be from 8 AM- 4 PM at Memorial Hall in Independence and it is open to the public.
