Yesterday at approximately 7:42 PM Officers with the Caney Police Department responded to a call in the 200 block of South Wood St. Upon arrival Offices learned that a suspect in the case fled on foot. Officers located 25-year-old Kodey Andruslis in the 500 block of South Wood. While being detained Officers found drugs and drug paraphernalia on Andruslis.

Andruslis was arrested and taken to Montgomery County Jail on recommended charges of possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. Upon further investigation into the incident Offices also arrest 26-year-old Katy Kelso for domestic battery. Kelso was also transported to the Montgomery County Jail on recommended charges of domestic battery.
