The Montgomery County Commissioners held a meeting with City Council members to see what they can do to make Montgomery County better for the future. With the 2020 census showing Montgomery County's loss in population City and Commission members want to work together as a County to bring more people into Montgomery County.

Some of the things they mentioned for this comprehensive plan were transportation from city to city, small businesses coming in, housing improvements, and health care facilities. The Commissioners and City Council members hope to have a good rough draft on what to improve by October.
