A professional chef will head up the latest community cooking classes offered by ICC's Fab Lab.
Arielle Gustafson, owner of The Penguin Cheesecakes in Independence, will offer two different classes on September 21st and the 22nd. The class for the former is titled "Dress It Up, Sauce It Up" and is a tutorial on sauces and dressings. The class for the latter is titled "Decadent Desserts" and features lemon bars and Gustafson's signature cheesecake.
Registration is being done on a first-come, first-served basis. There is room for six in-person audience members, but others wishing to attend may do so virtually using Zoom. Both classes allow for questions and sampling of the food prepared. Take-home recipes will also be provided.
