Two men from Los Angeles are arrested in Caney after a routine traffic stop for speeding. Earlier this week, a vehicle was seen going 39mph in a 20mph school zone. A Caney Police Officer stopped the vehicle and determined the four occupants were from LA. None of the occupants of the vehicle had valid driver’s licenses.

The driver of the vehicle, 36-year-old Francisco Jimenezortega, was arrested for no driver's license and speeding. A passenger in the vehicle, 29-year-old Ulises Jimenezortega, was arrested for possession of marijuana. Both the driver and passenger were arrested and posted bond before being released.
