The Labette Health Foundation has received a donation from the Sunderland Foundation in the amount of $500,000.

The donation was given in support of Labette Health’s expansion and renovation project, located at its main campus in Parsons. The project includes a new orthopedic unit, renovation to the surgical unit, relocation, and expansion to the intensive care unit, and renovation of the respiratory therapy department.

Construction is anticipated to be completed in the Fall of 2022.
