Students attending Labette Community College who provide proof of receiving a COVID-19 vaccination and are enrolled in 12 credit hours in the fall semester are eligible for a one-time $250 scholarship in the spring. Students must provide verification of the vaccine by Oct. 15.
Students that finish school at the end of the fall semester will still be eligible for the scholarship. College staff will also receive the $250 incentive if they provide proof of vaccination. LCC is offering a vaccination clinic on campus on August 25th from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm in the Cardinal Event Center for staff and students who have yet to be vaccinated.
LCC currently requires masks for all students, staff, and visitors but will be reviewed on a continuous basis.
