The Caney City Council is continuing to look at the best way to spend the funds granted to them from the American Rescue Plan. Grant Administrator Carey Spoon says they could use the money for the cities sewer system as well as broadband.

Spoon says she will continue to work with the city council to decide the best way to spend the funds. In other business, the council approved a request for porta potties and food vendors in the park for the upcoming Kan-Okla 100 mile sale.
