A crash in Cherokee County has left two injured.

42-year-old Jesse Allen was driving his 2001 Lanos Daewoo west on U69 when he crossed the middle line and struck a commercial Freightliner. The driver of the Freightliner, 40-year-old Eric Moore, sustained no injury, however his passenger, 21-year-old Eric Moore Jr was taken to Mercy Hospital Joplin with a minor injury. Allen was taken to Mercy Hospital Columbus with a suspected serious injury.

Moore Jr was the only one not wearing a seatbelt.
