A U.S. Senator from Kansas intends to oppose the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. Senator Jerry Moran says he joined the infrastructure group because of the importance of it to his state and the need for improvements.

Senator Moran says his opposition is because there is too much spending, debt and inflation. He says his efforts to reach a compromise were honest and sincere, and, unfortunately, they were unable to arrive at a bill he could support.
