A fugitive from Kansas is arrested in Oklahoma. The Nowata County Sheriff’s Office Emergency Response Team assisted the South Coffeyville Police Department with the arrest of a fugitive from Montgomery County.

45-year-old Jason Homer, of Coffeyville, was arrested during the overnight hours yesterday in South Coffeyville. Homer was booked into the Nowata County Jail on a Montgomery County warrant. He is charged with two counts of rape, two counts of aggravated criminal sodomy and two counts of aggravated kidnapping.
