The next few days could see severe weather moving into the area.

The National Weather Service in Wichita is calling for possible thunderstorms starting from Thursday evening, moving throughout the weekend. Temperatures will remain in the 80s, but wind gusts, heavy rain and flooding are possible.

Saturday and Sunday pose the highest risk of severe thunderstorms. Make sure to tune into 690AM, KGGF, in case severe weather strikes.
