An Oklahoma man was arrested in Caney on a warrant for theft. Earlier this weekend, Caney Police Officers were on routine patrol when they stopped a vehicle traveling 48mph in a 35mph zone. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Brad Allen Bishop from Ochelata, Oklahoma.

Bishop was driving on an expired driver's license. After checking for warrants on Bishop it was discovered he was wanted in Osage County, Oklahoma for grand larceny, conspiracy and knowingly receiving or concealing stolen property. Bishop was then arrested and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
