UPDATE: Michael Shook says the problem has been fixed and power has been fully returned to the area. 
 

Parts of Coffeyville are currently without power or experiencing lower voltage.

Electric Utilities Director Michael Shook says the area affected is around the 600 block of Maple and Elm. Crews are out trying to locate the problem and get it fixed as quickly as possible.
