Stolen property was recovered at a Baxter Springs home Saturday morning and two suspects were taken into custody after Cherokee County Sheriff's Deputies discovered a stolen vehicle being hid in the garage.
Sheriff's Deputies obtained information late this week as part of an unrelated investigation, which led them to the Baxter Springs home, where the car, reported stolen from Carthage, Missouri, was recovered.
Arrested at the scene were 33-year-old William Monson and 40-year-old Nicolette Clouse, who are both being held on allegations of felony possessing stolen property.
