The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office is teaming up with the Montgomery County Emergency Preparedness department for a free training opportunity.

The training will include a presentation compiled by the director of emergency management for Stillwater, Oklahoma. In 2015, then 25-year-old Adacia Chambers drove her vehicle into several barriers, eventually careening into a crowd that had gathered for that year's homecoming parade. The crash killed 4 and injured 46.

The two-hour presentation will be held at Memorial Hall in Independence on June 15th, starting at noon.
