A Coffeyville man is arrested in Caney on a Montgomery County arrest warrant. Earlier this week, Caney Police Officers arrested 27-year-old Francisco Mateo at the police department without incident.

Mateo was wanted on an outstanding warrant charging him with one count of rape and one count of possession of marijuana. His bond was set at $100,000. The alleged incident occurred in Caney earlier this year and was investigated by Caney PD. Mateo was transported to the Montgomery County Corrections facility where he posted bond.
