The Independence City Commission will view the results of a recent citizen satisfaction survey when it meets this Thursday.
The 117-page presentation highlights the demographics of those that participated in the survey. It then highlights areas and services perceived to be the best and worst by Independence residents. Just under 800 people responded to the survey, most doing so through mail.
