With rain in the forecast almost every day for the next two weeks, your car's windshield wipers are going to be working overtime. Kansas Highway Patrol Trooper Ben Gardner says there is a law in place regarding your windshield wipers and your headlights.

Excessive rain can lead to flooding and water on the roadways. If water covers the road ahead turn around, don't drown.
