An Iola man has died after an apparent tragic farming accident on a rural La Harpe family farm.
The Allen County Sheriff's Office and Emergency Medical Services responded to 3601 Utah Road for a man that had sustained traumatic injuries after being run over by a farm implement.
36-year-old Michael Berntsen was transported by ambulance to the Allen County Regional Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
