Last night at around 8:00pm a Caney Police Officer stopped a 2003 KIA for a vehicle equipment violation. The driver was identified as 29-year-old Josh McKinney from Peru.  McKinney was driving with a suspended license, was in possession of an open title for the vehicle and had no liability insurance on the vehicle.

McKinney was arrested, transported to the Montgomery County Jail and charged with his second offense of driving with a suspended license, no registration, his third violation of no liability insurance and no driver’s side mirror.
