U.S. Senator Roger Marshall congratulated Wichita native, Margaret McMullen, after she was announced as the winner of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife's 2021 National Junior Duck Stamp Art Contest.  

Senator Marshall said McMullen went head to head with some of the greatest artistic talents in the nation and brought the victory back to the great state of Kansas for the first time in 30 years. He said the National Junior Duck Stamp Art Contest is a vital part of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife’s mission to instill principles in the youth that are near and dear to his heart, which is a deep respect and appreciation for America’s wildlife and the conservation of natural lands.
