A Tulsa man is arrested in Caney after backing into a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Caney Police Officers were dispatched to Casey’s General Store for a report of an accident.

Upon arrival, officers discovered that a 2015 Ford truck driven by 50 year old Greg Phillips, of Tulsa, backed into a 1994 Dodge pickup driven by 53 year old Brian Helkenburg, of Havana. Upon further investigation officers determined that Phillips was under the influence of alcohol and arrested him for driving while under the influence and an expired registration. Phillips was transported to the Montgomery County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.
