A former Field Kindley basketball standout will return to the court as the new head coach of the Nado boy's basketball team. Coach Griffin Walker says he didn't let his lack of coaching experience deter him from this opportunity.

Walker saw success at both FKHS and Coffeyville Community College. He was named First Team All-State in 2000 and was on the National Runner-Up team at CCC in 2002. Walker finished out his playing career starting at the University of New Hampshire and if you happen to own a copy of 2005 EA Sports College Basketball you can find him in that game.
