The City of Independence is seeking proposals for the installation of a projection system or video board in the Memorial Hall Auditorium Theater to project backgrounds for sets, video playback, slideshows for lectures, or other purposes.
Proposals will be received in the office of the City Clerk on or before 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 22nd. Proposals shall be plainly marked “Projector Project Proposal”. Proposals that are received after 2:00 p.m. will not be considered.
