Almost a year has passed since now 38 year old Detreck Foster went missing. The Independence Police Department is reminding people Foster is still missing and asking for help locating him. Foster was first reported missing on May 12th, but the last time investigators could confirm Foster was seen alive was April 12th, in Independence.
At this time investigators believe Foster was murdered. Police want to remind the community that anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for Foster’s disappearance will be eligible for a Governor’s Reward of up to $5,000.
