The Independence City Commission will deal with a host of items when it meets in regular session on Thursday.

Aside from a lengthy consent agenda, which itself includes 14 items, the commission will also discuss establishing both Public Safety Telecommunicators Week and Child Abuse Prevention Month. A change order for the ongoing 1916 City Hall Project also appears on this week's list of items for commission action.
