The Parsons Police Department is still looking for the driver of a hit-and-run back in December of 2020.

In a recent press release, Parsons PD addressed rumors about the case. They're asking the driver to "do the right thing" and turn themselves in to clear up rumors about the incident so the police department has both sides of the story. Parsons PD is also asking citizens if they know anything about the passenger or the driver of the vehicle.

The victim, Andrew Scott, was struck by a vehicle in the early morning hours of December 19th, 2020. The driver did not stop to help Scott and he called the police who rendered his aid. Scott had surgery this month and will have to receive many more to complete a full recovery from the incident.
