Parsons Makes 12 Arrests with Anti-Drug Task Force

 

The Parsons Police Department made 12 arrests over the weekend during a narcotics saturation patrol to target illegal narcotics in the community.

 

The Kansas Combined Anti-Drug Taskforce or K-CAT made a total of 35 traffic stops, gave 23 warnings, and arrested 12 people with five felony arrests and seven misdemeanors.

 

Parsons Police Chief Robert Spinks said, “I am pleased with the efforts of the K-CAT operation. It was a great partnership between agencies and showed a lot of teamwork."
